Get Unstuck Package

This package of 3 sessions is designed to:

  • Gain an understanding of where you are and where you’d like to be

  • Learn techniques to access your inner guidance

  • Uncover the beliefs that are keeping you stuck

  • Begin dissolving those paralyzing beliefs

  • $430 (15% off single session rate)

This package includes email support between sessions. I respond within 24 hours on weekdays.

Please note: Multiple-session packages are intended to help you create momentum in your life. All sessions from this package should be scheduled and held within 3 months.

Change Your Life Package

This package of 6 sessions is for you if you’re ready to dive deeply into exploring possibilities and creating a new life. We will build momentum and sustain it together!

This package also offers a deeper discount than the cost of individual sessions or the “Get Unstuck” package.

  • $815 (20% off single session rate)

Single Session Coaching

This is for new clients who only want a single session or for existing clients who wish to have calls only when a special need arises.

  • One 55-minute session

  • E-mail support for one week after the call

  • $170

Email Life Coaching

Some people are better able to express their thoughts and feelings through writing (introverts, I see you!).

Or perhaps your schedule is so busy, it would be impossible to schedule calls on a regular basis. 

For these reasons, I offer an email life coaching option where we communicate entirely via writing. 

Here’s how it works: 

  • We’ll set up a schedule where we email once per week. 

  • You’ll tell me how you’re feeling and how life is going! What’s not going well? Where do you feel stuck?

  • I’ll respond within 24 hours with questions, suggestions, and advice (just like I would if we were on the phone). 

  • We’ll trade emails back and forth, creating a thread of emails you can reference anytime!
